Recruitment Process

Recruiting compassionate carers

We know good carers are vital and provide excellent service. Our focus is on hiring the best and training and supporting them.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Our recruitment process is designed to find the best healthcare staff possible. We look for candidates who have strong clinical knowledge, as well as those who embody our core values of trust, empathy, and expertise.

Our recruitment process is quick and easy – you could be working your first shift just five days after submitting your application form. Our process is entirely virtual, so you can complete it from the comfort of your own home. We’ll support you every step of the way.

online application

Application process

Our recruitment team processes applications upon your application. You will also be asked to upload a current Resume. Our recruitment team will then pre-screen each application; you will be contacted if your application meets the minimum requirements.

Initial Screening & References

We look at your application and decide if you would be a good fit for the role, based on your experience, qualifications, and passion for caregiving. Our recruitment team would at this point get in touch if we require more information.
